I enjoy the short but to the point nature of this series.
I like the photos in this project, but agree with some of the other comments that there could be more variety. I do enjoy looking more at the details of the event, details that usually go unnoticed such as the signs workers have to put out, the awards that have to be ordered, and the finish line that has to be set up.
I like how each picture tells a story about a marathon. The medals also tell a story of hard work and commitment.
I love this! Being a runner myself, I can really relate to these photos. I think normally the running/runners themselves are the only thing people take pictures of, so I really enjoyed how you included all of the factors outside of this such as the bib numbers and medals!
This project has a lot of potential, but I agree I do wish there were more photos to emulate the long process of completing a marathon. My favorite is the image of people running up the hill and your long depth of field that really makes me feel the intensity of this race.
