I think this turned out to be a really cool shoot! I actually really love the subtle blur that is incorporated in almost all of the photos. I think it actually really adds to them. My favorite photos are the ones with both the blue court and the blue sky. I love how the two contrast with each other. Good job!
I like how it seems as if a whole game as played out in pictures. I can really feel the motion behind every picture with the blur. The colors are vibrant too which makes the pictures all the better.
I like the photos and how your intention was to blur out the photos. Seeing these active shots and the vibrancy and expression in each photo reminds me of the incoming summer vibes as well as life before the world was shut down, engaging with one another, and not on a screen. Personally I would like to see a few intentional action shots dedicated to clarity as well though
I love how you challenged yourself to add the blur rather than increase the shutter speed. I often see photos that have motion and think they were carelessly shot as the taker didn't get a clear pictured of the subject. However, your intentional blur really adds into the story of what it's like to play pickup basketball. Its a blur!
I love the picture you took at the basketball courts at our school, it almost takes me back before covid when the courts were opened and every one was just hooping and having fun. The tone and happy setting in every picture makes it different and unique.
